1. Use of Services

• The services provided by Grafis Bali may only be used for lawful purposes.

• You agree not to use our services to violate any laws, intellectual property rights, or other applicable regulations.

• Any content or materials you provide must be original and must not infringe on the rights of third parties.

2. Payment and Pricing Policy

• All service prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payments must be made according to the schedule agreed upon by you and Grafis Bali.

• We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made on time.

• For projects requiring upfront payment, a minimum 50% deposit is mandatory before the project begins. The remaining balance must be paid after client approval and before the final deliverables are sent or launched.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All work produced by Grafis Bali remains our property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of the completed work will be transferred to you.

• We reserve the right to use completed works for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

• For subscription-based website services, website data cannot be transferred until the full subscription term is completed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If you cancel a project after work has commenced, you are still responsible for paying for the services already rendered.

• Refunds are not provided for cancellations of any services from Grafis Bali unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Projects not followed up by the client for more than 3 months will be considered canceled without a refund. All data and progress associated with the project will be permanently deleted.

• Cancellations before completing the minimum contract term are not permitted. In such cases, we reserve the right to withhold all associated project data.

5. Our Responsibility

• We will strive to provide the best service as described.

• However, we are not responsible for errors or damages arising after a project is completed and approved by the client.

• We do not guarantee that our services will be free from interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies.

6. Website Usage

• You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the functionality of our website.

• Content on Grafis Bali’s website is protected by copyright and may not be used without written permission.

7. File Delivery

• We deliver project files using a cloud drive. You are expected to download the files within 14 days.

• If files are not downloaded within 14 days, they will be automatically deleted, and Grafis Bali will not be held responsible.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Grafis Bali reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

• Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

• Any disputes arising will be resolved through legal channels in the jurisdiction of Indonesia.
